General
Divine Home Massage travels to your home, corporate office, resort, boutique hotel, and holiday apartments all over Sydney.
Although we allow enough travel time between bookings, due to Sydney’s ever increasing traffic congestion, there can be unavoidable delays beyond our control. Because of the nature of a mobile service, please do allow extra time for your appointments as we can’t be held responsible for delays relating to unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic, road accidents, and break downs, among many others
Cancellations
Please allow us a reasonable amount of time of at least 24 hours before your appointment, to be able to reschedule your booked treatment. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your booked appointment, you will be charged the entire amount.
General Operating Hours
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Mondays to Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
However, if both parties agree, we can go over these times.
Please do ensure that you are ready and on time for your appointment. Clients that are late for their appointment will receive only the remaining allotted time. If 20 minutes have passed and you are not in the address that you gave us, your booking will be considered a “no show” and our refunds & cancellations policy will apply.
We accept direct deposit or cash on the day. You may also use Square as another payment option. When using Square, please notify us a day prior.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers may be purchased through call, message, or email to us, and when we come to you for your booked massage as well.
When purchasing our digital gift vouchers, once your email address has been confirmed via call, message, or email, gift vouchers will be emailed to your email address. Please confirm email address so as to avoid non-receipt of purchased gift vouchers.
Depending on the situation, we may be able to mail physical gift vouchers.
If, for any reason, you did not receive your gift voucher, please call or email us as soon as possible so we may be able to amend this.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Gift vouchers have a 3-year expiry date from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift vouchers must be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time, or we will deduct 50% of the value.
Gift voucher appointments which have been booked and clients fail to show will be considered redeemed in full.
Bookings in advance are essential, please let the Divine Team know your voucher number at the time of booking.
Gift vouchers must be presented at your booked appointment.
